Lab Overview
Our lab focuses on using state-of-the-art techniques in human genomics, bioinformatics and statistics to combat the spread of infectious diseases, with a particular focus on HIV. We are founding members and co-leads of the International Collaboration for the Genomics of HIV which houses the largest resource of clinical and genomic data on people living with HIV in the world. We also have active programs in gene editing, immunogenomics and transcriptomics, through which we hope to enhance discovery of novel strategies to treat and prevent infection.
